Steve is the General Manager of Love Motorsports. At the helm of our dealership, Steve has created drastic expansion in the dealership and ensures our staff has the tools needed to be successful. Steve is an involved leader - and to be honest our best forklift operator - working with employees allows him to keep a finger on the pulse of our business. Steve makes sure that Love Motorsports earns our great reputation every day.

Jon is the Sales Manager of Love Motorsports. Jon has been with Love Motorsports since 2008. With a true passion for motorsports, Jon has been in our industry from the time he could walk. From dirtbikes, to side by sides, to street bikes, to watercraft, Jon is a subject matter expert in every facet of both our machines and the sales process. He has guided our business through taking on new brands, rapid expansion, and industry changes. Jon ensures that our sales team is up-to-date on the latest information from manufacturers, and offer our customers a straight forward and honest experience that is fair for everyone. Within our industry, Jon is recognized as a true professional. And within the community, he's known for his stellar poker, golf, and pool game. 

Tim has been a part of the Love Motorsports Sales Team since 2009. Tim has been helping customers get financing for a long time. As a member of Love's Sales Team, Tim helps our patrons secure financing options to get the machine they Love at a price that fits in their budget. Tim is on a first name basis with multiple finance companies, and those relationships help him to secure more payment options for consumers. Taking the time to help buyers understand their loan, and their options, you'll find Tim always working to benefit our customers.

Patrick is our Parts and Service Director at Love Motorsports. He joined the Love Motorsports team in 2011. Originally a manager over the parts department, Patrick helped assemble the best parts counter crew in the business. While the company experienced explosive growth, Patrick guided the parts department from a small volume operation, to a massive new showroom and tremendous increase in product stock and sales. Patrick eventually became the head of the service department as well. As the service manager, he again worked to create a team that could provide a successful experience for customers. As a dual manager over Parts and Service, Patrick wears many hats, but always has the primary concern of customer satisfaction. Like our GM Steve, Patrick is very much hands on and may eventually become a true fan of the "other" Bay that resides in the NFL North! 

From a young age, Rick has been involved in the off-road industry. With weekends spent on watercraft, and as much time riding dirtbikes as he could manage Rick learned the motorsports industry by growing up in it, and has been working in the motorsports field since 2007. Whatever machine you're dealing with, whatever part you're looking for, Rick can make sure you get what you need.
